Career Counselling
Working on a one to one basis throughout this sensitive period of career interruption, the help and coaching we give to each individual is tailored to specific needs, circumstances and aspirations, but will often include:
- Review of realistic career options
- Establishing goals, action and timescales
- Development of a professional CV
- Development of a self-marketing/job search plan
- Coaching and preparation for job interviews
- Provision of independent financial advice
- Continuous review, support and encouragement
Outplacement Support
Each person is welcome to base themselves at their home or at our Career Transition Centre, based in Leeds, and receives full secretarial and administrative support to assist them reactivate their career.
Significantly, we have a successful track record of reducing the time it takes for the displaced individual to secure their next career move. The duration of our help and support can be tailored in line with budgets but is typically for 3 to 6 months.
